To be seen, heard and,

to just be.

4 individual healing sessions ~ to shift & alchemize different energies and make room for harmony & alignment within.

A time to share what is weighing on them & what they are holding within. 

Learning how to understand what is theirs, and what is not. 

To be shown tools to assist them in working through emotions that are surfacing.

To learn not to hold certain emotions but to honour them, feel them & release them.

To gain a better understanding of who they are on a soul level. To know the feeling of being in alignment. To build a strong & healthy foundation for themselves. 

To gain a deeper awareness, clarity and understanding of who they are.

To build & strengthen their confidence and self worth.

To learn how to drown out the noise & tap into their own inner wisdom. 

My intention for this program is to hold space for those who have lost their voice or who have forgotten who they are. To offer the support and tools I needed growing up. Learning to listen to the whispers of the soul. And detaching from the opinions and beliefs of others. 

These 4 sessions will offer: 

-Energy Healing

-Breathwork

-Movement of Physical Body  

-Soul Talk

-Embodiment Practices 

These sessions are intuitively guided to shift with what is needed within the time of session.
